By creating an account or using TillJotter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TillJotter is bookkeeping software that helps you record, categorize, reconcile, and report on your business's financial transactions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the decisions you make based on the Service's output.
The Service computes estimates (including tax, deduction, and filing figures) from the data you provide. These outputs are for organizational purposes only and are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should have a licensed CPA or tax professional review your books and any return before filing. You are solely responsible for your tax filings and financial decisions.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You may export your data at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service may integrate third-party providers (for example, bank connections and AI categorization). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and their use is subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service's output, including tax or financial figures.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app support channel.
